Grace Church Child Care Center offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of our community. 

We offer a full day, child care program that operates from 7am-6pm, Monday - Friday with a separate classrom for each age group from Infants - Four Year Olds.

We also offer a Preschool Program for children ages 3 and 4.

During the summer months, we operate a summer camp for children entering Kindergarten in the Fall through Grade 8.  

Child Care Program

Our Child Care Program is licensed by the Department of Education's Office of Child Care and is a year round, full day service for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.  The center operates from 7am-6pm daily.  Part time care is offered in the Toddler-4's program when space is available.  Breakfast, lunch and a light afternoon snack are served daily.  The educational program begins at 9am.  For inclement weather, we follow Howard County School System closings.  The center is closed on major holidays.

Before & After Care Program

During the school year, we offer a before and after care program for children in Grades K-5.  This program is available with transportation to/from Rockburn Elementary School.  The center offers optional full day programs when schools are closed, except on major holidays.  If you wish to see more information or would like to register, please click on this link to view that information.

Preschool Program

The Preschool program is licensed by the Department of Education's Office of Child Care and operates Monday to Friday, September through May.  Three year olds attend Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am-12:00pm or 12:30pm-3:00pm.  Four year olds attend Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am-12:00pm or 12:30pm to 3:00pm.  We also offer a five day a week, four year old preschool program from 9:30am-2:30pm.  Special snacks are served at different times throughout the month.  Lunch is offered to our full day students.  The Preschool Program observes the Howard County Public Schools' calendar for holidays and closings.

Summer Camp

 Beginning the week after school ends and going up until the time school begins, we offer a summer camp program.  The program runs from 8:30am-4:30pm, with the option to add care to cover from 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday.  Camp weeks may be chosen.  Children participate in a variety of arts and crafts, games, special events, etc. throughout the week.  A weekly trip or special presenter/activity is offered in addition to regular camp activities.  Registration begins at the end of February.  If you wish to see a flier with more details, please click on the link.
